Chef Pittman has worked professionally in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years.
In this time he has worked as a private caterer and Culinary Arts Instructor in and
around the Mississippi Delta. His legendary skills in authentic Delta style cuisine
make him a much sought after caterer. "Chef Don," as he is known to his students,
focuses his classroom instruction on industry specific, hands-on learning to prepare
his students for the fast-paced and exciting world of Culinary Arts. When not teaching,
Chef Don can usually be found providing delicious culinary delights for family gatherings
and prestigious local events. Chef Pittman is a graduate of the Culinary Arts program
at 91茄子 and is happily married.
